We are pleased to announce a very special partnership to mark Childhood Cancer Awareness month in September. The Swiss Paediatric Oncology Group (SPOG), which has been driving forward cancer research for children and adolescents since 1976, and Stadtlandkind, the popular online retailer of children’s fashion and more, are embarking on long-term cooperation.
Founded in September 2012, Stadtlandkind prides itself on supplying stylish, high-quality children’s clothing from sustainable sources. Its passion for high-value products and design is a perfect fit for SPOG’s efforts to provide the best for children and their families.
SPOG’s mission is to improve the quality of life of children and adolescents with cancer, and its research aims to find a cure for all children and adolescents who have the disease. Our organisation works closely with leading international research groups, and our members include all nine specialist paediatric oncology departments in Switzerland’s hospitals.
This partnership between SPOG and Stadtlandkind.ch is a perfect demonstration of how different sectors can come together to pursue shared goals. Whereas Stadtlandkind reaches out to children and families through its fashion and design, SPOG’s goal is to offer children with cancer a future filled with hope. By joining forces in this partnership, we both hope to increase awareness of the importance of research in paediatric oncology.
We would like to thank Stadtlandkind for its engagement and support. Together we are striving to make the world a little bit better for children with cancer and their families.
Welcome to the SPOG family, Stadtlandkind!
